How soon do you ship my order?
We typically ship in-stock merchandise within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Even though we try our best to get everything out to you in a timely manner, we do occasionally have delays. Orders placed after 12pm Monday - Friday, Sunday or on a holiday will be processed the following business day. All Saturday orders are shipped on Mondays. To guarantee delivery please select either 2nd day or next day delivery option.
When will my package arrive?
Orders shipped standard ground service, within the 48 contiguous states, typically arrive within 5-7 business days. Planet Happy does not guarantee a specific arrival date or time frame with this shipping method.
What shipping method do you use?
We use UPS, Fed Ex & USPS standard ground shipping service. In addition, we
offer two-day & next-day Rush Delivery for an additional charge. Please contact us at 1-800-995-0154 with any questions about these services. We are here to help!
International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to Canada (see chart above). Due to the increase in international identity theft, we are no longer shipping internationally.
Returned Packages
If you are unable to accept your package and it is returned to us, we are happy to issue you a refund, less shipping charges or you may have it re-delivered to you. If you would like us to re-deliver it, please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please note that Planet Happy is not responsible for orders with incorrect shipping addresses. If your package is returned to us and you would like us to redeliver it, please note that you are responsible for return shipping charges.
