Need to return it? No problem.
We understand that sometimes we change our minds, have second thoughts or received a gift that we already own... Below are some simple guidelines to help you make your return as easy as possible.
- Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase
- Exchange or Store Credit will be given for all returns made after 30 days of purchase
- Merchandise should be returned in new and unused condition, in it's original packaging. This means that it is in saleable condition; not dirty or scuffed. Products must have all original tags, inserts and packaging.
- Please include a reason for the return or give a description of the problem for each item you are returning. Indicate whether you want an exchange, replacement, or refund. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include a note with your name, address, phone number (in case we have questions), order number (if you have it), and the reason for the return.
- If you choose to exchange the item for an item of greater value any difference in price, plus nominal postage, will be charged to your credit card. If you choose an item of lesser value you will be refunded the difference.

Orders that qualified for FREE SHIPPING:
- The full purchase price will be refunded, less applicable shipping charges that would have normally applied to your order.
Items subject to a 25% restocking fee:
- Products that require assembly and show signs of being assembled.
- Games received opened, used or have a damaged box.
All sales final items: (not eligible for exchange or return)
- All special order or drop-shipped items. (Large or over sized items)
- All furniture, rugs, and active play items.
However, if your item was damaged upon shipping, we would be happy to replace it.
Getting your money back
Planet Happy will give a full refund of the purchase price paid less any coupons, restocking fees, shipping charges and gift wrapping fees, if applicable.
- The original purchasing credit card will be issued a refund within 5 business days of receipt of product(s). It typically takes 1-5 additional business days for the refund to post or appear on a credit card statement.
- For refund of check or money order payments, we will send you a refund check within 2 weeks of receipt of product(s).
- Store credit will be issued in the form of a Gift Certificate and sent via e-mail within 5 business days of receipt of product(s).
