
About the Artist
Matthew Porter is a freelance painter and illustrator as well as co-owner of Bluebottle Art Gallery. He was born in the South of England about an hours drive from London. He graduated from the Edinburgh College of Art with a degree in Visual Communication. His work has been featured in American Illustration, Applied Arts Photography & Illustration Annual. In addition, BMG Entertainment selected him for their National Visual Arts Search. Locally, he has been seen in Tablet Magazine and The Stranger. He is currently working on a children's animal alphabet board book with Simply Read Publications. He has shown his work in galleries in London, New York and Seattle.
